I finally got around to making this, and it’s yummy!! Thanks so much for creating it for me 🙂 I was wondering: how long do you think it will stay good in the fridge?
I’m so glad you like it! I’m happy to create something for you any day! Thanks for asking. I kept mine refrigerated for about 2 weeks before it was used up. You could freeze half of it and then it could last up to 3 months.
I always get confused when recipes call for coconut milk-does it mean the full fat kind or the coconut milk you would drink like milk? if that makes sense. Thank you! I’ve been looking for a good salad dressing recipe and I think we will like this one!
Great question, Marissa! I will specify in my recipes if it is the canned full fat coconut milk. Most of them use the original coconut milk that’s in the half gallon next to regular milk in the grocery stores.
