Ham and Cheese Pinwheels
These ham and cheese pinwheels are so easy to make and super delicious! Give them a try and let me know how you like them!
What is it about finger foods that make it hard to stop eating? They are always there right at your fingertips. Small, delicious bites that disappear so quickly! Well, these ham roll ups are no exception!
My older sister started making pinwheels years ago and now they are a highly requested dish at any gathering. Every Thanksgiving, birthday and even my bridal shower had her pinwheels. So good!
These pinwheels are inspired by her delicious creations, but honestly I don’t know if I’ll ever make them as good as her! Do you or any of your family members have a special dish that you always request? Well, if not, maybe these ham pinwheels will be that dish for you!
The pinwheels are super easy to make! Simply mix together the cream cheese and salsa then stir in all the other ingredients except the ham. Spread the cream cheese mixture on a tortilla then layer the ham slice on top and roll up!
Let the rolled up tortillas refrigerate for 20 minutes and then slice and enjoy! If you pack your tortillas full then it will be harder to roll up. Also, if like me, you accidently buy the chopped olives instead of the diced they will be a little more bulky but still oh so delicious!
