- 2 cans (15 oz) organic garbanzo beans drained, 1 can drained and 1 can with liquid
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs roasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbs dried or fresh parsley
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
According to order listed, add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
For even more of a creamy texture, add up to 1/4 cup total of olive oil.
Spread on pita bread, crackers, or use as a dip for vegetables.
