- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or vegan)
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh spinach or kale or 1 cup of each!
- 1 medium celery rib
- 1 cup baby carrots or 1 medium carrot, peeled
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
In a Vitamix blender, add water, protein powder, orange, squash, celery, rib, and carrots. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until blended well.
Add frozen berries and blend well.
If you want your smoothie to be thicker, add more frozen berries or ice.
