Triple Berry Orange Creamsicle
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or vegan
- 1 orange peeled
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh spinach or kale or 1 cup of each!
- 1 medium celery rib
- 1 cup baby carrots or 1 medium carrot peeled
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
Instructions
- In a Vitamix blender, add water, protein powder, orange, squash, celery, rib, and carrots. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until blended well.
- Add frozen berries and blend well.
- If you want your smoothie to be thicker, add more frozen berries or ice.
