Triple Berry Orange Creamsicle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or vegan
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale or 1 cup of each!
  • 1 medium celery rib
  • 1 cup baby carrots or 1 medium carrot peeled
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

Instructions
 

  • In a Vitamix blender, add water, protein powder, orange, squash, celery, rib, and carrots. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until blended well.
  • Add frozen berries and blend well.
  • If you want your smoothie to be thicker, add more frozen berries or ice.
