Ingredients
1cupwater
1scoop vanilla protein powderwhey or vegan
1orangepeeled
1cupfresh pineapple chunks
1cupfresh spinach or kale or 1 cup of each!
1medium celery rib
1cupbaby carrots or 1 medium carrotpeeled
1cupfrozen mixed berries
Instructions
In a Vitamix blender, add water, protein powder, orange, squash, celery, rib, and carrots. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until blended well.
Add frozen berries and blend well.
If you want your smoothie to be thicker, add more frozen berries or ice.
