Emily on 08/14/2013 at 5:33 pm Wow! I’ve never seen it done this way but I’ll have to try it. I usually cut off the top and then slice off the rind in vertical slices all around the outside. Then I do the half vertical, half vertical and diagonal thing. Basically the same but in a different order. And now I’m craving pineapple!
