Grape Berry-licious Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla whey or vegan protein powder
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup baby carrots or 1 medium carrot peeled
- 1/2 yellow summer squash raw with seeds
- 1 cup fresh kale
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries
Instructions
- Add ingredients into Vitamix blender according to order listed. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
- For thicker consistency, add more frozen berries or ice.
Why don’t I think to throw grapes in smoothies? this sounds yummy and so healthy
