Pineapple and Carrot Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder vegan or whey
- 1 cup baby carrots or 1 medium carrot peeled
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow squash raw with seeds
- 1 cup mixed frozen fruit papaya, mango, pineapple, and strawberry
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into Vitamix blender in order listed. Turn blender to highest option and blend for 30 to 45 seconds until desired consistency.
- If you would like the smoothie to be thicker, add more frozen fruit or ice 1/2 cup at a time.
This looks yummy! I am thinking about purchasing a vitamix blender. Can you really put whole, raw carrots in it?
