Quick and Easy Cinnamon Rolls, ready in only about 15 minutes! Is there anything better than hot and fresh cinnamon rolls on a Sunday morning? Or any morning really, or afternoon… or even for dessert! I could eat cinnamon rolls any day of the week, at any time during that week. It’s a special kind of love I have for these cuties. Now, I have made the real deal and I have also made canned cinnamon rolls more times than I could count. Both are fantastic really, you can’t go wrong! Making a cinnamon roll dough recipe from scratch can get pretty involved, and frankly, they take a LONG time to make. They have to rise twice and that’s a lot more waiting than I usually have time for. So, I wanted to come up with a semi-homemade easy cinnamon roll recipe that can be whipped up in a manner of minutes. But, it still has that slightly homemade flair to them that makes them special. For these quick cinnamon rolls, I used dough that you can buy. Located by all the other doughs like pizza crust, crescent rolls, and even the canned cinnamon rolls is something labeled “crescent roll sheet”. These are relatively new and really come in handy! So, I used one of them and layered all the goodies on top, rolled them up and baked them. Then topped them off with the BEST cream cheese glaze, oh yea! They are so so yummy and so so easy, you have to try them! Easy Quick Cinnamon Roll Directions: Preheat oven to...

Easy Sour Cream Coffee Cake, is a yummy treat to enjoy throughout the day, no coffee required! This recipe is the best sour cream coffee cake I have ever had, hands down. It is moist, bursting with cinnamon and topped with a killer cream cheese glaze! When I was little I thought coffee cake was made with coffee or you could only eat it at breakfast while having a cup. I know, kids will think the craziest things! (I also thought to wear fake nails or eyelashes you had to first pluck out your own, I know… little weirdo.) I have to be honest, I have never made one before, but I have eaten my fair share and this is by FAR the best I have ever tasted. I really think the secret to this one is using a lot of sour cream in the batter. Plus, I added a touch of almond extract to give it a little extra oomph and it sure did work, wow! Easy Sour Cream Coffee Cake Directions: Spray a bundt pan liberally with cooking spray, set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, set aside. Cream together butter and sugar. Add in eggs, vanilla, and almond extracts. Stir to combine, I used a stand mixer for this recipe but feel free to use a hand mixer. Slowly add the dry mixture and little at a time to the bowl, alternating with the sour cream until combined. Scrape the sides as needed. Make the brown sugar filling. Pour 1/3 of the cake batter into the bundt pan and smooth out evenly. Sprinkle...

If something has this combo, I’m in love, that’s just how it is. So, naturally, Reese Cups are my absolute favorite candy. It’s a problem. I also love a simple, classic chocolate chip cookie. And, yes, the results were EPIC. WOW, these are definitely my new favorite cookie and I know they will soon be yours too. I don’t know if I can ever make plain chocolate chip anymore, they are that good! Okay, let’s be real… I will still make my traditional chocolate chip cookies from time to time but when I want a little more pizzazz I’ll make this recipe instead! Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Recipe Directions: First, make a basic chocolate chip cookie batter by creaming together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. I use a hand mixer for this, but feel free to use a stand mixer if you wish. Mix in eggs and vanilla, mix until combined. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped up mini Reese cups. Let dough chill in the fridge for at least one hour. Bake tablespoon sized cookies at 375 degrees for 9 minutes, no more, no less. Chocolate peppermint cake, a holiday poke cake made from Devil’s food cake, white chocolate pudding, and peppermint! You all are in for a treat today! First off, have you ever tried or heard of a poke cake before? Basically, all you do is make a cake, literally poke holes in it then pour something liquid-y on top so the cake soaks up all that goodness! For this chocolate mint cake recipe, I made it poke cake style and my filling of choice is instant white chocolate pudding flavored with peppermint extract… oh yea! When the cake is still warm you make the pudding and before it is set you drizzle it all over the cake and holes. The pudding will seep down into the cake making it super moist! I topped it with whipped topping, or you can use whipped cream as well. Then, just a garnish of candy cane kisses and chopped peppermint right before serving and you have one show-stopper! Isn’t it so pretty! OH SO DELICIOUS, wow!! Don’t worry the peppermint doesn’t overpower any other flavors, it’s a light and refreshing touch! Easy Chocolate Peppermint Cake Directions: Start off by making the cake batter, I cheated and used a store bought Devil’s food cake mix. But, feel free to use any chocolate cake recipe that can be baked in a 9×13 baking dish. When the cake is done baking, let it cool for about 10 minutes. Taking a skewer or the round end of a spoon or utensil, poke holes all in the cake about 1 inch apart. Make instant pudding mix by...

Soft sugar cookies rolled in festive holiday colors, perfect for a big party platter! You guys have no idea how lucky you are! You are about to get my famous, tried and true sugar cookie recipe. I have been making these sugar cookies for about 8 years now and they come out perfect every time! This is the first time I have made these easy sugar cookies rolled in colored sugar. It gives a nice crunchy exterior and they just look super cute! However, you don’t have to roll them in sugar at all. You can leave them plain, add regular sprinkles, or just a light dusting of colored sugar on top, no biggie! Make these your own! Best Sugar Cookies Directions: Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized bowl, set aside. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar with a hand mixer. Add egg and vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet. Alternate adding milk in between adding the dry ingredients. Chill dough in the fridge for at least one hour, I suggest overnight for fluffier cookies. Roll into 1 tablespoon sized balls, roll in colored sugar and bake 8-10 minutes until slightly golden brown around the edges. Let cool on a wired rack. YUMMM, these are Jeremy’s favorite cookies EVER. I don’t make them very often though because I like to keep them as a special treat. Alternatives and Add-Ons: Have fun! Add different extracts to the mix to add a special touch, try 1/2 teaspoon of almond, peppermint, or lemon! Add a yummy powdered sugar glaze,...
