Strawberry Banana Morning Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup whole quick oats
  • 1 Tbs Chia seeds
  • 1 medium banana peeled
  • 1 organic carrot peeled
  • 2 cups frozen organic strawberries

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients in order listed into Vitamix blender. Blend on high for about 30 to 45 seconds until smooth.
  2. If you would like it thicker, add more frozen strawberries or ice 1/2 cup at a time.
