Strawberry Banana Morning Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup whole quick oats
  • 1 Tbs Chia seeds
  • 1 medium banana peeled
  • 1 organic carrot peeled
  • 2 cups frozen organic strawberries

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in order listed into Vitamix blender. Blend on high for about 30 to 45 seconds until smooth.
  • If you would like it thicker, add more frozen strawberries or ice 1/2 cup at a time.
