Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

These ham and cheese roll ups are super simple and super delicious! One of my favorite go to snacks for just myself or to bring to a party!

Ingredients

  • 1 flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup salsa*
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped
  • 1 can chopped olives
  • Ham deli slices

Instructions

  1. In a mixer cream together the cream cheese and salsa.
  2. Add in cheese, garlic powder, green onions and olives. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Spread several table spoons of cream cheese mixture onto a low carb tortilla or lavish wrap.
  4. Put a layer of ham over the cream cheese then roll up tightly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

  6. Cut up into bite sized pinwheels and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*I like to use salsa without added sugar. Make sure to check the ingredients on the label.
*You can use deli sliced ham of any kind, but if you get it from an actual deli you can ask them to slice it nice and thin for you.
