Waldorf Salad Recipe

Servings 4 servings


  • 2 small Gala apples cored and small dice
  • 1 celery stalk thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup green grapes sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup walnuts toasted


  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons crushed pineapple with juice canned
  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  1. Place cut apple, celery, raisins, grapes, and walnuts in a large bowl. Set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over the salad ingredients. Mix to combine, serve in lettuce cups (optional).
