easy peach cobbler - No Diets Allowed

Peach Cobbler


  • 6 cups frozen organic peach slices
  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a 8x8 glass baking dish, spread peaches evenly across the bottom.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add milk and stir well.
  5. Scoop batter over peaches and smooth until evenly covering the top.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy with coconut milk poured over or a scoop of blender ice cream.
