Pineapple and Carrot Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients

cup
water
1
scoop vanilla protein powder
vegan or whey
1
cup
baby carrots or 1 medium carrot
peeled
1
cup
fresh pineapple
1/2
cup
chopped yellow squash
raw with seeds
1
cup
mixed frozen fruit
papaya, mango, pineapple, and strawberry
Instructions
Place all ingredients into
Vitamix blender
in order listed. Turn blender to highest option and blend for 30 to 45 seconds until desired consistency.
If you would like the smoothie to be thicker, add more frozen fruit or ice 1/2 cup at a time.
