Pineapple and Carrot Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder vegan or whey
  • 1 cup baby carrots or 1 medium carrot peeled
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow squash raw with seeds
  • 1 cup mixed frozen fruit papaya, mango, pineapple, and strawberry

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into Vitamix blender in order listed. Turn blender to highest option and blend for 30 to 45 seconds until desired consistency.
  • If you would like the smoothie to be thicker, add more frozen fruit or ice 1/2 cup at a time.
