Ingredients
2cupsall-purpose flour
2cupsquick-cooking oats
1cuppacked brown sugar
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
1cupcold buttercubed
2cupssemisweet chocolate chips
1cupchopped pecans
11ouncesKraft Caramels unwrapped
1/4cupmilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Set half aside for topping.
Press the remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a microwave safe bowl, combine caramels and milk. Heat caramels in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Once crumb mixture has baked for 15 minutes, sprinkle with the chocolate chips and pecans. Drizzle melted caramels over top.
Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture. Bake for additional 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours before cutting.
