Grape Berry-licious Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey or vegan protein powder
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup baby carrots or 1 medium carrot peeled
  • 1/2 yellow summer squash raw with seeds
  • 1 cup fresh kale
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries

Instructions

  • Add ingredients into Vitamix blender according to order listed. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
  • For thicker consistency, add more frozen berries or ice.
