Grape Berry-licious Smoothie
Ingredients

coconut milk

scoop vanilla whey or vegan protein powder

red grapes

cup
green grapes
1

baby carrots or 1 medium carrot
peeled
1/2
yellow summer squash
raw with seeds

cup
fresh kale

cup
frozen mixed berries
raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries
Instructions
Add ingredients into
Vitamix blender
according to order listed. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
For thicker consistency, add more frozen berries or ice.
