This recipe for mango salsa is fresh and delicious. It will compliment your pork and fish dishes and bring out the best in them. You will want to make this over and over!
Ingredients
2mangos chopped
3tablespoonschopped onion
1/2habaneroseeded and chopped finely (or jalapeno, or any pepper really)
2limes juiced
3tablespoonschopped parsley or cilantro
Pinchof salt
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate until needed.
Notes
The fresher you serve this, the better. I like to make it just a couple hours before serving. It will last for 1 or 2 days in the fridge before the mango starts to look soggy.
