Basic Hummus- No Diets Allowed

Let’s replace those high-fat, high-sugar, no-nutrition dressings and dips with hummus.   This delicious high protein and fiber option is great for dipping vegetables such as celery, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower.
