- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla whey or vegan protein powder
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup baby carrots or 1 medium carrot, peeled
- 1/2 yellow summer squash, raw with seeds
- 1 cup fresh kale
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries)
Add ingredients into Vitamix blender according to order listed. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
For thicker consistency, add more frozen berries or ice.
