One quick tip.  Coconut oil heats up quickly at lower temperatures which means you need to grill your corn-on-the-cob on a low to medium heat.  I recommend starting with a low flame first and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.  We have had great success with this method, but each grill is unique.  Play around with your temperature, but you’ll definitely want to start low first.

FAQs about Grilled Corn On The Cob:

Can I boil the corn instead of grilling it?

While grilling imparts a smoky flavor, you can boil the corn if preferred. However, grilling is recommended for the best flavor and texture.

Storage & Leftovers:

If you have any leftovers, allow the grilled corn to cool completely, then wrap it tightly in aluminum foil or place it in an airtight container. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat the corn on the cob in the oven or on the grill until warmed through before serving.
