Apple slices with Peanut or Almond Butter- No Diets Allowed

One of my most favorite snacks is apple slices with peanut or almond butter.   This is another high fiber and high protein option.

 

Tips on peanut/almond butter.  Most grocery stores have an option to freshly grind peanuts into peanut butter OR to purchase peanut butter where the only ingredient is peanuts.  Don’t forget about other healthy substitutes for peanut or almond butter.
